FP2030 Global Data Hub and Dashboard for Family Planning

The FP2030 Global Data Hub and Dashboard enhances the accessibility and transparency of family planning data worldwide. FP2030 partnered with RS21 to develop the dynamic dashboard that integrates and visualizes critical data from various previously hard-to-find sources.

It combines information on access to family planning resources, need and use of those resources, and domestic and donor spending for over 80 countries, some with data spanning more than 10 years.

Users can review data for key indicators, see trends over time, compare countries, and answer analysis questions to support decision-making processes across multiple levels of family planning initiatives.

The dashboard not only serves as a critical tool for family planning professionals but also acts as a catalyst for greater accountability and informed policy-making in the global community.

Through this effort, FP2030's global partnership of governments, civil society, multilateral organizations, donors, private sector partners and researchers will be able to contribute to a more integrated and collaborative approach in supporting the network's goals.

FP2030 Indicators (by Country) Dashboard

Interactive Data Visualizations

The dashboard offers interactive maps, charts, and graphs allowing users to dive into data on family planning resources, funding, and policy environments in different regions. This interactivity allows a wide-range of stakeholders to extract key insights to support better access to family planning resources.

Government leaders can understand trends over time. Civil society members working to support adolescent and youth needs across a region can make informed decisions about where resources are most needed. And others can compare indicators across countries to target and tailor their strategies to improve family planning services.

Driving Results

At the core of the FP2030 partnership is the commitments made by governments, donors and other organizations investing in expanding access to family planning. Having current, reliable data is crucial as our partners determine where to invest their resources. This new global data dashboard that we are developing with RS21 will increase data availability through improved access, visualization, and comparison of family planning, finance, and policy data aggregated as part of our FP2030 Measurement Framework.
